R&D Project Manager

Ecoppia is looking for a R&D Project Manager!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring an Ecoppia’s robotics system development project.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall project responsibility for all matters of a project planning and control, required to ensure the successful execution /completion of the project
• Attend/lead project progress and other interface meetings and reports 
• Escalate project issues to management
• Collaborate with other teams outside of the project team – other R&D project teams, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Product  
• Identify program needs based on collected and analyzed data
• Be the Scrum Master of a multidisciplinary team, working in an “Agile like” environment (facilitate - planning, daily meetings, team board, backlog, etc.) 

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• 2-4 years of proven experience in leading a R&D multidisciplinary product development project.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills - Hebrew and English
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Teamwork and motivational skills

Advantages
