Product Support Expert

Location: Bar-Lev , Israel

Ecoppia is looking for a Product Support Expert who will be part of the Global Operations Team and will be serving as the senior focal point for all technical and operational aspects of the product.

 

That function will be the Knowledge-Transfer channel from R&D to the various Operations departments (Deployment, O&M, etc’) and will Feed back to the R&D teams with Field insights.

 

Responsibilities

  • Capture and record knowledge, information, and data regarding its target product.
  • Support R&D and Field-testing, demos to clients, Sales/Marketing Pilots, Deployments projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and support of O&M Field-Technicians.
  • Collect, Record, and Provide field feedback to R&D.
  • As part of the duties, the PE will spend up to 50% of his time in field activity (as detailed above).

Requirements

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Expert or similar position in a multi-disciplinary product
  • Excellent Human-relations capabilities
  • A Team player
  • Availability for international travel (frequent/long periods)
  • Fluent English – Talk, Read, Write (additional languish an advantage)
  • Quick-Lerner, passionate, Methodic, Organized
