BI developer and Team Leader

Skills & Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and lead a group of several BI developers.
• Collaborate and work closely with business partners to understand the functional requirements and develop reporting solutions tailored to the business needs.
• Translating business requirements into clear and actionable Tableau dashboards
• Hands-on with Tableau desktop (developing and implementing reports, dashboards & visualizations)
• Establishment of the Tableau BI development group in India – report to the Data Manager in Israel
• Presenting information through reports and visualization
• Translate business needs to technical specifications.

Must-Have

• High level of SQL.
• 1-2 years of experience with Tableau development and analyzing data.
• Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Hands-on with Tableau online (dashboard creation, report authoring, and troubleshooting, data source management).
• BA in Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields.
• In-depth understanding of data visualization concepts, best practices, and data storytelling.
• Team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to work in highly dynamic environments.
