Embedded and RT Software Tech Lead

Ecoppia is looking for an Embedded and RT software Tech Lead to lead a group of developers, design the new generation of robots, design the SW architecture and develop the core software that runs on tens of thousands of autonomous robots in solar sites around the globe.

As part of the role, you will be working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operation, and R&D departments while tracking and analyzing the impact of the strategic initiatives undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Technical responsible for a group of RT Embedded developers.
• Design, develop, test, and debug C and C++ real-time embedded programs running over RT operating systems.
• Collaborate with design and development teams.
• Work closely with hardware development personnel.
• Develop test cases and SW to achieve and quantify system readiness for embedded target deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of C/C++ for embedded systems experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead or leadership, and management skills.
• Hands-on attitude.
• Experience with source control such as GIT or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and independent learner
